WHERE I COME FROM
I was raised in West Philadelphia by a hardworking single mother, with the support of my father, grandparents and family members deeply rooted in our community. From an early age, I learned the value of resilience, service, and looking out for other people. West Philadelphia shaped me through its triumphs and its challenges, and taught me that when we come together, we can overcome anything. My lived experiences here aren’t just part of my story; they are the reason I’m committed to fighting for every block and every family in the 10th District.

Over the years, I’ve built a career dedicated to leadership, community development, and creating opportunities for others. Whether it’s mentoring young people, working with local organizations, or helping families navigate complex challenges, I’ve always focused on making a real, and measurable difference. These experiences have given me the skills, relationships, and determination to bring our community’s voice to Harrisburg, and to ensure that our needs are not just heard, but acted upon.
